On Good Friday, we gather in solemn remembrance of our Lord’s passion and crucifixion. In John’s Gospel, we walk step by step through the arrest, trial, suffering, and death of Jesus. We hear again His final words from the cross: “Into Thy hands, I commend My spirit.”
This is a night of reverence, silence, and holy reflection. As we return to the Lord with all our heart, we watch The Lamb. We trust in God’s faithfulness. We receive hope and assurance in the gift of salvation accomplished through Christ’s sacrifice.
Let us gather in humility and gratitude, trusting the One who entrusted His spirit to the Father and who forever keeps His heart set on us.
