South DuPage CROP WALK is coming up on October 20!

Again, hosted by Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 4501 Main Street, Downers Grove. 

This is the 39th Annual Walk, and Prince of Peace has been a strong supporter for many years. We always field a good-sized team and do some awesome fundraising, and we are actively engaged for this event this year.  

We will be collecting donations of non-perishable food items to support the 2024 CROP WALK that will benefit local pantries. 

Food items suggestions include:

•    Rice and Pasta Packages

•    Canned soups, vegetables or fruit

•    Cereal including Oatmeal

•    Canned meat like Spam or tuna fish

•    Ready to mix packaged food like Hamburger Helper

•    Peanut butter and jelly

Donations to be dropped off in the Narthex at the CROP WALK display. 

If we work together, we can end world hunger.
