Pentecost Sunday is the ending of 50 days of the Easter Celebration. It is the celebration of the outpourting of the Holy Spirit, and the color red symbolises the flame associated with the coming of the Holy Spirit.
About the Event
Pentecost Sunday Service is filled with festivity, Wear red: the color of tongues of fire representing the Holy Spirit, and movement.
Sunday mornings at 10am, Prince of Peace worship as one congregation, with a blended Service led by organ, choir - new songs and old hymns, weekly Holy Communion (all are welcome), prayers, and a sermon about real life based in straightforward teachings of the Bible and the Lutheran tradition.
